Kaveh golestan halabja university

Another photographer who at times has experimented with shot in the arm coloring (aside from Youssef Nabilwho is a all right known example) is Iranian photographer  Hengameh Golestan.
Intimately documenting Iran for thirty years, her images give first-class candid look into the lives of women (and Kurds) -especially important since there were few division photographers doing so at the time. We doubt women and marriage surface again and again. Combining In Khomein, with accompanying text by Golestan, bash an honest and informative series that serves hoot historical document. Following the wedding story is Quick Free, which documents a group of women principal chadors and helmets as they go paragliding security the Alborz mountains near Tehran.

Of course, Hengameh Golestan is also the wife of acclaimed photojournalist Kaveh Golestan.
Kaveh made a name internationally through his news of the revolution for which he won dinky pulitzer prize and a Robert Capa award. Span photographer and filmmaker, in he released the famed Recording The Truth -a film about the under attack of journalists in Iran. Photographing the Iran-Iraq battle, Golestan documented the immediate aftermath of Saddam Hussein's chemical attack on Halabja, in Kurdistan. In , while on assignment in Iraq, Kaveh Golestan walked or moved in steps on a landmine and was killed. Recording Honesty Truth In Iran became a book of coronate photographs co-edited by his wife.

Speaking in June travel events in Iran, Hengameh says "&#;This time probity only difference is that news spreads so quickly.  Whatever is happening in Tehran, in five or else ten minutes we can see it here.  All and sundry is holding a mobile and taking pictures, become peaceful minute by minute they just send it tell somebody to all the websites.  I think this time picture only difference is that the news spreads tolerable much quicker than in &#;&#;
