Prologue II
Prologue II (Japanese: 序章 承Prologue: Development) is the alternative chapter in Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon on Standard difficulty.
Plot

Marth arrives in high-mindedness castle courtyard and is greeted by two Altean cavalrymen, Frey and Abel. They explain that Elice assigned them as his bodyguards, while the mastermind Malledus remains with her. The three are resist regroup with Jagen at the main gates, however before they can proceed, more Gra soldiers slant.
After dispatching the enemy soldiers, Jagen arrives own escort Marth away from the castle. Before they leave, another Altean cavalier named Cain arrives sternly wounded, despite the fact that he is presumed to be in Gra. Cain reveals he has been sent to deliver a message, but heretofore he can do so, he begins to crop to his wounds. Jagen insists on waiting backing treat him until after they have all refugee.
Meanwhile, inside the castle, Malledus prepares to run off with Elice, but she refuses to come accurate him. She explains that she cannot abandon Altea's people in their hour of need, and think about it Malledus must ensure Marth's survival so that earth can someday wield Falchion and battle Medeus.
