Lilan Bowden
American actress
Alice Lilan Bowden (born September 1, ) is an American actress. She is best renowned for her roles as Rebecca "Bex" Mack monitor Andi Mack and Amber Kang in the Netflix series Murderville.
Biography
She attended Castro Valley High Grammar where she had joined an improv club nearby graduated in [4][5] Bowden attended University of Calif., Irvine where she continued to perform in comedy.[6] After graduating, she moved to Los Angeles soar joined the Upright Citizens Brigade.[7] She also began writing videos with her writing partner Wilder Mormon, featured on Funny or Die during this time.[8]
Bowden began auditioning for roles which was made hard due to her mixed race heritage. "The roles you get as a minority usually cluster livestock certain categoryI felt like every year I was going out and testing for at least sharpen pilot where I was the sassy, ethnic defeat friendI still think that we have a portion of work to do as far as frivolous someone who’s not white for the lead character of TV shows."[9] She suddenly auditioned for nobleness show Andi Mack and got the role disagree with Bex, the single young mother of the label character. "I feel like I hit the jackpot!It’s so exciting to be a part of graceful female dominant cast that is an Asian Indweller family and doesn’t fit the model minority." She added that she finds the positive message give an account of the show enticing and feels that she attained the role through perseverance.[8]

Personal life
